We are very proud to start our blog with a fascinating and useful feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this post, I will demonstrate how you can integrate your Zoho CRM with another system, using our G-Integrator for Zoho CRM. In this example, I will integrate it with Zoho Books, because we have our  G-Integrator for Zoho Books add-on, but it can be anything as long you can write data into the Google Spreadsheet &#8211; there are many add-ons on Google marketplace for different systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The scenario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to show Zoho Books Invoices for all the contacts from the Zoho CRM Deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to synchronize.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First, we will link contacts from Zoho CRM and Zoho Books by the &#8220;Email&#8221; field.<\/li><li>Then, we will link Zoho Books Invoices and Zoho Books Contacts by the &#8220;Customer ID&#8221; field.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you need for this.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gsuite.google.com\/u\/0\/marketplace\/app\/gintegrator_for_zoho_crm\/602845854912\">G-Integrator for Zoho CRM Google Spreadsheets add-on<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gsuite.google.com\/u\/0\/marketplace\/app\/gintegrator_for_zoho_books\/352247976414\">G-Integrator for Zoho Books Google Spreadsheets add-on<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Using the &#8220;Zoho CRM&#8221; add-on, download the &#8220;Deals&#8221; module, selecting the following fields:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-5e2514bb-6ea0-41f2-9d0f-0db2d0f346af\"><li>&#8220;Contact Name.Email&#8221;<\/li><li>&#8220;Contact Name.Full Name&#8221;<\/li><li>Deal Name<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For the synchronization, we will need only &#8220;Contact Name.Email&#8221;, other fields are  just for convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"553\" height=\"259\" src=\"http:\/\/wdp.g-integrator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1_deals.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wdp.g-integrator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1_deals.png 553w, https:\/\/wdp.g-integrator.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1_deals-300x141.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 553px) 100vw, 553px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>2. Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, there are many other ways to use the dynamic filter &#8211; you can integrate Zoho CRM not only to Zoho Books but to any other accounting system, like Xero or QBO, using any of the available in the  Google Marketplace add-ons.
