Our newest feature removes the wait: both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.g-integrator.com\/zoho.html\">G-Integrator for Zoho CRM<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.g-integrator.com\/zoho_books.html\">G-Integrator for Zoho Books<\/a> now support <strong>webhooks<\/strong>. A webhook is a secret, token-protected URL for your spreadsheet. Any system that can make an HTTP request can call it, and G-Integrator re-runs your saved query templates and writes fresh Zoho data back into your sheet \u2014 within seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why webhooks?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until now, you had two ways to update a sheet: click the add-on menu or wait for a scheduled workflow. Webhooks add a third, event-driven option. The moment something happens in your CRM or your books, the system that saw it first can tell your spreadsheet to refresh itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No schedule needed.<\/strong> Data updates when the event happens, not at the top of the hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nothing to deploy.<\/strong> Refreshes run on the G-Integrator servers \u2014 they work even while the spreadsheet is closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formatting preserved.<\/strong> Your saved templates are re-run exactly as you built them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Works with everything.<\/strong> Zoho Workflow Rules, Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, a cron job, a CI pipeline \u2014 even a browser bookmark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Webhooks refresh everything the add-ons can pull. Add <code>?workflow=&lt;workflow-uuid&gt;<\/code> to refresh only one workflow&#8217;s templates \u2014 the dialog builds that URL for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real-life examples<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deal won \u2192 dashboard updated.<\/strong> A Zoho CRM Workflow Rule on <em>Stage = Closed Won<\/em> calls the webhook, and your pipeline sheet reflects the win within seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invoice paid \u2192 cash flow current.<\/strong> A Zoho Books automation fires on <em>Invoice Status = Paid<\/em>, and the accounts-receivable sheet updates itself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meeting prep in one click.<\/strong> Keep the URL as a browser bookmark and click it before the Monday pipeline review or the month-end close.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dashboards that are never stale.<\/strong> Call the URL from your BI tool&#8217;s pre-run hook so Looker Studio always reads current data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Targeted refresh.<\/strong> After a campaign import or bank-feed categorization, refresh just that one workflow instead of the whole workbook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Every run is logged in your sheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each webhook run is recorded in the <strong>Automatic Operations Events Log<\/strong> tab \u2014 the same log used by scheduled workflows. Each webhook runs <strong>once per hour<\/strong> by default; calls over the limit are rejected without changing any data, and the JSON response tells you when to retry.
